GROUP ESSAY...

Today, we have learn about writing again. But, we have to divide into seven group which means that each group have four member. What that we need to do is miss Zu want each member write one paragraph and will be the complete essay. The question is about "ways to improve express bus services in Malaysia." You may mention the following recommendation. Discuss the question in your group. I get a group number 7 which is the member of this group is Taufiq, Ridhwan, Amanina, and Adawiyah. I am the four person who will be write the third of body paragraph in the essay. Taufiq would be the first person who write the introduction. Ridhwan would be the second person who write the first point of the essay. Amanina would be the third person who write the second point of the essay. I (Adawiyah) would be the fourth person who write the third point of the essay. And the last one is the conclusion of the essay, all member of the group must write nd give the idea to write the conclusion.

DRAWING CONCLUSION...

Today we learn about writing. Drawing Conclusion.
Drawing conclusion is a form of critical thinking. It is relating what you see, hear and read to what you already know. Drawing Conclusion is a very important skill. It helps you to become a critical reader. This skill helps you to generate more ideas and information form within and beyond the text. Thus, you are able to understand the text at the deeper level.


Everyone must choose one from the seven hook that we have learn such as personal example, rhetorical questions, current event, contrast in thesis statement, facts and statistics, definition and question. I would like to choose the definition. I have write about shemale. That means I should write the introduction, body paragraph and also the conclusion. In the introduction may contain the hook, transition and thesis statement. It must have 3 point in the paragraph and after that will like be a conclusion. Other than that, we have to use the topic sentences, supporting details, a concluding sentences and unity in 3 body paragraph. And we have to use the transition  signal to connect the sentences.

MAKING INFERENCES(READING)

Today, we learn about Making Inferences. Making Inferences focus to make an inference is to receive and understand information that is not directly stated. The activity above is aimed at making inferences. To infer is to receive and understand information which any author or speaker says. You may have to read between the lines as the information is sometimes not directly stated by the author or speaker.

Remember that you can infer meaning not just by the words used, but also the tone. If you are engaged in a conversation with someone, observe his body language. In situations where you know the speaker well, you can use prior knowledge about him to get the implied meaning.

*Readers need to find the meaning behind the word.
*Skill of predict background.

  • asks questions

  • personalizes the reading.

INTRODUCTION TO ESSAY WRITING..

Today, we learn about writing. An essay is divided into three main sections:
introduction, body, conclusion... The contents of an expository essay can be written in the following order:

  • Chronological
  • Cause-effect
  • Problem-Solution
  • Topical 
  • Spatial
  • Comparison-Contrast


WRITING THESIS STATEMENT.
The thesis statement is a sentence in the introductory paragraph which summarises the whole essay.

A thesis statement is a complete sentence that contains one main idea. This idea controls the content of the entire essay. A thesis statement that contains subpoints also helps a reader know how the essay will be organized. Look at the introductory paragraph below. See if you can identify the thesis statement and subpoints.

KEY FEATURES.
Body paragraph should contain some of the following features:
  • a topic sentence
  • supporting details
  • a concluding sentence
  • unity

GRAMMAR TEST.

Today began the grammar test for students JIM1101A. I was so nervous at the time.
I am very grateful to Allah S.W.T because I can answer the question. Hopefully, I will pass the grammar test.

Today, we have practices for grammar test. Miss Zu give the information how to answer the question for grammar test. Before that, We have learn about nouns, pronouns, articles, determiners, verbs, subject-verb agreement, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, prepositions, simple past tense, past continuous tense, simple present tense, present continuous tense, expressing future time, present perfect tense and past perfect tense. So, we need to focus and remember to determine whether the uses of grammar in the sentences. We are also to read carefully about the sentences because sometimes, the question will be trick a students. I had learned a lot about how to answer the question of grammar test. 
I hope I can score well in test grammar tomorrow!!! I can NUR RABIATUL ADAWIYAH ELIAS!!
